We offer a 100-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your luggage, you can return it for a full refund, even if you have already taken it on a trip.
Are ROAM suitcases covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our luggage comes with a lifetime limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, zippers, and the polycarbonate shell.
What materials are used in ROAM luggage?
We use the highest quality materials, including 100% virgin US polycarbonate shells, water-resistant zippers, and aircraft-grade aluminum telescoping handles.
Do you offer international shipping?
