At ROAM Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 100 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused luggage or accessories back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective covers are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
